Additional Pair of Cast for 'Ballpark de Tsukamaete!' Announced

The official X (formely Twitter) account of the Ballpark de Tsukamaete! (The Catcher in the Ballpark!) television anime unveiled a pair of additional cast members on Friday. The anime series adapting Tatsurou Suga's sports comedy manga will premiere in 2025. Voice actors Hiroki Touchi (Cyberpunk: Edgerunners) and Rika Tachibana (Princess Connect! Re:Dive) are joining the cast as Kojirou and Yuki Takino, respectively. Junichi Kitamura (Isekai de Mofumofu Nadenade suru Tame ni Ganbattemasu.) is directing the anime at EMT Squared. Shigeru Murakoshi (Dark Gathering) is handling the series composition. Fumio Iida (Basquash!) is designing the characters and MONACA (Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) is composing the music. Suga began serializing the sports comedy manga in Morning magazine in September 2020. The 15th volume was released on November 21.
