Anime Project of 'Daikaijuu Gaea-tima' Manga in Progress

Publishing company Kodansha announced on Monday that an anime adaptation of KENT's Daikaijuu Gaea-tima (Gaea-tima the Gigantis) manga is in progress. KENT began serializing the sci-fi drama manga on Monthly Young Magazine in June 2023. Kodansha published the sixth volume on July 18 and will release the seventh volume on November 20. Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in July 2024 and released the third volume on September 30. The fourth volume will go on sale on November 25. Daikaijuu Gaea-tima is also in simulpub digitally on the K Manga website. Synopsis A gigantic monster devastates a small, seaside town. Ten years later, the resilient community has emerged as a tourist destination, when the monster, known as Gaea-tima, returns.
