Planning and production company Slow Curve opened an official website for an original movie titled Meikyuu no Shiori on Wednesday, revealing the main staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser trailer. The original anime movie will premiere in theaters in Japan in January 2026.
Synopsis One day, high school student Shiori Maezawa’s phone suddenly breaks—and when she comes to, she finds herself alone in a strange, empty version of Yokohama.
Even more unsettling, her social media account is posting photos of her that she doesn’t remember taking.
Trapped in this mysterious world, Shiori must figure out what’s going on—and how to find her way back.
