Production company Nikkatsu opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of Kamio Fukuchi's Yowayowa Sensei (Yowayowa Teacher) manga on Saturday, revealing main cast, staff, and a teaser visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2026. Voice actors Kakeru Hatano (Mono) and Marika Kouno (Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi) are starring as Akihito Abikura and Hiyori Hiwamura, respectively. Fukuchi began drawing the shounen comedy manga in Weekly Shounen Magazine in November 2022. Kodansha published the 14th volume on September 17, with the 15th volume scheduled to be released on November 17.
